Fintry to Kippen
Fintry and Kippen are two very picturesque and affluent villages on either side of the Campsie Hills. So on this ride, you leave Fintry and climb to the top of the Campsies, where there are some fantastic views over the Forth Valley, and then it's all downhill into Kippen. The uphill inclines are not overly steep but it's a long slow climb for almost 60% of the ride. The downhill section is not taken too fast as I hadn't been over this road for a very long time and the road condition was extremely poor with lots of potholes and poor repairs.
