Description

Airth to Grangemouth, Central Scotland

This is a completely flat cycle from the historic village of Airth to the industrial docklands just outside Grangemouth in Central Scotland.  The route follows National Cycle Route number 76. Towards the end, it passes along the newly-built Queen Elizabeth II canal that connects the Forth & Clyde canal at the Kelpies with the river Forth.  You'll also pass the boat mast lift on the Charlotte Dundas Heritage Trail.
