Description

Blackness to Newton

The shortest route between the quaint little village of Blackness and the bridges over the River Forth is along the cycle paths through the grounds of Hopetoun House. However, on this day I only had thin racing tyres on and the paths are gravel so, afraid of punctures I travelled by the main public roads.  I was also travelling West to East in the morning so into the sun for some of the route although hopefully, it doesn't spoil the video too much.
