The round trip, which officially starts in Neufahrn, can also be started at any other point along the route. There are several information boards along the circular route with interesting information about each location. The locations include the waterworks in Neufahrn, Fahrenzhausen and Eichet, the elevated tanks in Ottenburg and Kranzberg, the water tower in Lauterbach and the pumping station in Giggenhausen. On the tour, the cyclist learns how more than 80,000 people are supplied with drinking water. The cyclist can also experience water on this tour in the Isar wetlands, at Kranzberg Lake and at Neufahrner Mühlsee.
