We kick off this run at St Pancras Station, heading straight to Regent’s Canal, where the real magic begins. Most of the session flows along the water, surrounded by calm, narrowboats, and the gentle charm of Little Venice. On this sunny day, the shimmering reflections on the water follow us step by step, creating a peaceful and almost dreamlike run. We finish the route right at the lively entrance to Camden Town, where music, street art, and the energy of London take over. A unique mix of peace and color along one of the city’s most beautiful stretches.
