Die Strecke führt von Lammersdorf aus nach Rollesbroich. Weiter geht es den Pionierweg bis nach Schmidt und dann hinunter an den Rursee. Dieser wird zu zweidrittel umrundet, bevor es dann nach Simmerath und weiter wieder nach Lammersdorf geht. Die meiste Strecke führt über Waldwege, nur der Rückweg von Rurberg aus über Strasse. Video und GPS Daten wurden mit einer Garmin Virb Ultra 30 aufgenommen.

Ab Kilometer 31 ist die Synchronisation etwas unsauber. In der Realität geht es schon bergauf, das Video zeigt aber noch eine Ebene an, ansonsten stimmt aber alles.

The route leads from Lammersdorf to Rollesbroich. It continues on the Pioneer path to Schmidt and then down to the Rursee. This is circled in two-thirds before it then goes to Simmerath and on to Lammersdorf again. Most of the route leads over forest paths, only the way back from Rurberg over the road. Video and GPS data were recorded with a Garmin Virb Ultra 30. From kilometer 31 the synchronization is a bit messy. In reality it is already uphill, but the video shows another level, but otherwise everything is correct.
