The Climb is a 25 minutes workout focused on a hard but sustainable effort. After a warm-up, this ride will be a 10 min building effort from 6/10 up to 9/10. The Climb will build every two minutes from a 6/10 to 8/10 and then we will pull it back for a semi break at a 6/10 before we make our final push to the summit!
