Lauchert Valley Part I in *Myths of Swabian Alb* / Laucherttal Teil I in *Mythen der Schwäbischen Alb*

This tour in four stages starts in Sigmaringen on the great European river “Danube”. On the first stage, we follow the river Lauchert to the town hall of Veringenstadt. The Lauchert is characterized by the variety of animals it provides a home for. Buzzards, storks and herons can be seen in large numbers along the banks. The river is teeming with trout and crayfish. This tour is one of the pearls of the cycle routes that can be undertaken in the Swabian Alb. Diese Tour in vier Etappen startet in Sigmaringen an dem großen europäischem Fluss "Donau". Auf der ersten Etappe folgen wir dabei dem Fluss Lauchert bis zum Rathaus von Veringenstadt. Die Lauchert zeichnet sich durch ihre Vielfalt an Tieren aus, denen sie eine Heimat bietet. Bussarde, Störche und Fischreiher sind man hier zahlreich am Ufer entlang. Im Fluss tummelt es von Forellen und Flusskrebsen. Diese Tour gehört zu den Perlen der Radstrecken, die man auf der Schwäbischen Alb unternehmen kann.
