I initially wasn't going to publish this video as it is filmed cycling East into the sun so is quite dark in places however I wanted to use video myself to train with as it is mostly all on the flat and is a reasonable trime and length for me. The route is all on dedicated cycle paths running along side the Edinburgh to Glasgow railway line.
