Euro Velo 17: Day 2 Afternoon. Hieres-sur-Amby to Lyon.

The morning of this ride was propbably the wettest rainiest day I've cycled in, though the weather eased up for the afternoon. I was tempted not to share the first morning part of the route, but wanted to show the full experience. Bike backing will often lead us to days like this one!

This video was recorded on a fully loaded gravel touring bike. The ride is slow due to the weight and distance to be covered. It may have more breaks than many of my other videos, some have been left in (eg short photo stops) to show the touring experience, though most have been removed (eg longer chats with other cyclists, food and rest stops). There may also be more cycling behind other cyclists especially during days of high wind.
