Part of the Route 66 (Goldküste to Baden --> https://www.schweizmobil.ch/de/veloland/routen/regionale-routen/route-066.html) in the opposite direction (Küsnacht to Feldbach). The north-weastern shore along the gentle slopes of the Pfannenstiel has long been home to stately country mansions. Now just as expensive villas are being built, which occasionally rob cyclists of lake views. The route now runs sometimes separate from, and sometimes with, the traffic through the busy regional centres of Küsnacht, Meilen and Stäfa.
