Description

Since no roads leads up this mountain with its breathtaking views, it tends to be one of the lesser-known elevations in Ticino. Monte Boglia (also known as Colma Regia) is a mountain whose peak is along the border of Ticino (CH) and Lombardy (I). It reaches an elevation of 1,516 metres. The view to the south extends across Lake Lugano and all the way to the Po (I) plain, while to the east, the horizon is framed by the peaks of the Denti delle Vecchia and to the west the Valais Alps.
