The climb from Vilaflor to El Retamar is the last part of the southern climb to Teide. Your route may have started at Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos or El Medano and passed via Arona or Granadilla, but more likely than not you will then go through Vilaflor and follow the TF-21 road all the way to the top. 12km at an average gradient of 7%. The climb is nice and steady, despite a few sections where the gradient reaches double figures. Enjoy it.
