I hope this new video finds you doing great! So happy to bring you another Walking Video. A 40 Minute Rolling Hills Workout for Beginners!
It's truly for all levels but especially for those just starting out with Incline or for those that don't like to take Inclines too high. You can also run through this workout.
The workout consists of 3 sets of rolling hills...that will take you from Incline 1% to 4%! Again, feel free to Run or Walk during this workout!
