Tenesar is a tiny village along the coast from Club La Santa, right on the edge of the National Park. You can see it in the distance along the cliffs if you walk around the Laguna. To get there you must cycle past the Laguna, through the village of LaSanta and then climb 200m up Montaña de Tenesar before a rapid descent back down to the coast.
The ride is 13km and took me 43 minutes.
