I recommend adding a cool down at the end of this workout.
Steep climb on Hicks Road South side from Alamitos Rd to Umunhum Rd. Hicks road is famous in the bay area because of its steepness. Once on top the climb can be continued on Mt Umunhum Rd which is just as steep!
