A great start to the morning run in the Centara Reserve garden, where I first ran a short, slow lap through the fantastic gardens. The sun was already shining shortly after 6.00am. Then a short road run before heading off around Chaweng Lake. Have fun running on Kinomap or riding an indoor bike. Ein toller Morgen Laufstart im Centara Reserve Garten, dort erst einmal eine kleine langsame Runde durch die Mega tolle Gartenanlage gelaufen. Die Sonne scheint bereits um kurz nach 6:00Uhr Morgens. Dann ein kurzer Strassenlauf bevor es um den Chaweng Lake losging. Viel Spaß beim Nachlaufen auf Kinomap oder auch nach Fahren auf einem Indoor Bike .
