Un échauffement calme à l'ergomètre aviron de 10 minutes en amont est le bienvenu, idem une récupération complémentaire de 10 minutes sans force est toujours utile.

A 30-minute Interval Training session, on a rowing ergometer, which strengthens the muscles of the legs and abdominals. A calm warm-up with the rowing ergometer of 10 minutes beforehand is welcome, ditto a complementary recovery of 10 minutes without force is always useful.
