This workout aims to improve your threshold power and is somewhat matched to the hight profile we were taking in our hike. After an elongated warm-up, where you have the oportunity to enjoy stunning views on the Trift glacier high up in the Swiss Alps from a spectacular rope bridge, step by step, you have to push harder until reaching your threshold and sustaining that power for five minutes, Once you have made it though, it gets easier minute by minute, so in the end, you have another couple of minutes to enjoy the views.
