Fourth and last segment of the longer workout Monnickendam-Purmerend-Beemster-Volendam-Monnickendam.. Starting in the city of Edam, along the dike of the Markermeer (part of the IJsselmeer) to the historic village of Volendam and from thereon through the Zedde polder further to the city of Monnickendam. Not the sunniest weather, but excellent condition for sports. With markers every (few) kilometer(s) (and some information on the surroundings). Footage May 2022
