This is a two part run with completely different vegetation at Västanå nature reserve. The upper part has pines while the lower has a lush deciduous forest. The nature reserve is along 2nd largest lake in Sweden, Vettern. At the waterfall there are remnants of an old industry in the ravin. One of the first paper mills was built in the area in the 1600's. The last segment is a short casual run to the restored mill at the top of the creek. Run was slow after finishing two long segments.
