Repeater is a 40min Hill Repeat workout focused on getting your heart rate high and your breathing hard. After a warm-up, the ride will take you through a series of repeated hard efforts of 1 min and 3 minutes. The first series of intervals is 10 min in length alternating between 1 min hard hill effort (8/10) followed by 1 min recovery (3/10). After an extended rest, you will get into a 15 min block that will alternate between a 3 min step up climb that will build every minute from effort 7/10 up to 9/10 followed by a 2-minutes recovery (3/10) which will be repeated a total of 3 times.
