- Increasing resistance in 5 Minute intervalls
- 5 Minutes @30%
- 5 Minutes @35%
- 5 Minutes @40%
- 5 Minutes @45%
- 5 Minutes @50%
- 8 Minutes @55%
- Last 2 Minutes @70% out of the saddle!
- no Cooldown included, i recommend this video to cooldown as long as you want and need it.
