Despite keeping up with the programme, I found week 7 really hard. I couldn't run faster than 8.6

First try, and I did it! I ran at my (now) regular 8kph pace, at least for the first 21 minutes of running... Then I went down to 7.5 for running the last 4 minutes. Indeed, ending the last 7 minutes of the running part on an incline (even though only at 1.5%) was too enduring on my (bad yet slightly improving) breathing technique! Anyway, I’m so proud of my progress so far: I never thought I would be able to run for 25 minutes with no break, as I was barely keeping to 2 minutes of running at the start of the program!
