Astoria Oregon- Riverwalk Trail

The riverwalk trail runs by the side of the Columbia River separating Washington and Oregon. The trail starts by Pier 39 and goes onto the Pier with Rogue Public house before heading West towards Astoria passing the Maritime museum with the Chains beside the trail and two coast guard cutters moored close by.    The trail follows the rail tracks along the planked boardwalk passing by a few waterfront breweries (Astoria Brewing Company and Bouy Beer Company) continuing on to around 6th Street due to construction with the Astoria Megler Bridge in sight, before turning around and heading back.

The weather was a little overcast but the trail is flat and ideal for running.
