Workout plan:
- 10 Minutes Warmup
Pyramid 4x
- slowly increasing sub threshold intervals every 2 minutes
- recovery block after each pyramid of 2 minutes
- choose you prefered cadance, choose lower cadance for building muscle strenght
- 5 Minutes Cooldown
