I’m glad I did it on the first try... and at the expected speed! I must admit the many short yet steep inclines during the first running part were a bit tricky! I realise now that the 8 minutes of running are not the real difficulty, but the terrain inclines are! Oh, and I liked the way you hesitated for a few seconds at 29:00 in the video about the right path to go! 😜

Very interesting terrain in the red rocks of Sedona! Walking intervals at 6.2-6.4 kph and running at 8.2-8.4 kph (and fast-walking the steepest incline in the second/last 8-minute run) landed me about a minute later than the original speed (and where Laura turns to find the trail to take near the end).🙂 Thank you for this guided run in such a pretty place!

Here's the description for this second run of Week 5 (from same video in Kinomap Coaching): "Run 2: a brisk 5-minute walk, then 8 minutes of running, 5 minutes of walking, and 8 minutes of running."

Audio glitches made it so unbearable

Audio was bad because I set it as Variable speed, so lesson learned that it messes w the speed of the audio.
