I’m glad I did it on the first try! Maybe it’s because my treadmill was not available for a while, and I had to force myself running outdoor! I’m sure it helped getting more running endurance...

I know endurance is t(e key, not speed. Anyway, for this second try, I’ve increased my running pace from 8kph to 8.5 kph (excepted on both +1.2/+1.3% inclines!). And I did it!

For this third (and last) try, I’ve made it at a running pace of 8.5kph, not flinching! I think I might be ready for Week 9! 😅

"Description [from Kinomap Coaching, where these videos can be found without inclines and still with sound for Laura's coaching voice]:
For your 3 runs in week 8, you will begin with a brisk 5-minute walk, then 28 minutes of running."

This is a training video (with coaching/sound based on the Coach to 5K program, week 8) that instructs runners ro walk quickly for 5 minutes to warm up at the beginning and then run for 28 minutes straight (until another quick walk at the end to cool down).
