Pretty path and helpful to have coaching voice giving tips and timing. The brisk walking pace seemed to be just under 6.4 km/h and the light jog was a run for me, around 8.6-9 km/h (?). Thank you for putting this together!

From this video in Coaching part of Kinomap, to know what to expect, the plan for this week is: "For your 3 runs in Week 3, you will begin with a brisk 5-minute walk, then 2 repetitions of 1-and-a-half minutes of running, 1-and-a-half minutes of walking, 3 minutes of running, and 3 minutes of walking."

PffF dat was een zware w3d1. Ik zat net iets te hoog in tempo met het 3min rennen #8. Tijdens het rennen op #7.5 gezet wat voor mij te doen is :-) Erg blij met deze week 3 training ;-) nog 2 en dan week 4.
