Nuenen is a town in the municipality of Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten in the Dutch province of North Brabant, located in the overlapping area of both the 's-Hertogenbosch Meierij and the Brabantse Kempen, between Helmond and Eindhoven. Nuenen is the largest town in the municipality and also the village where the town hall is located. The name Nuenen comes from Nuenhem, which means 'new place'.
