This workout will train your general and strength endurance. Start off with an easy warm-up, followed by two blocks of  pyramid-shaped intervals with increasing and decreasing resistance. Finally, cool down your legs while enjoying the beautiful mountain views up on ~2500 m. Enjoy and keep pushing!
