Venetian Lagoon Islands. A tour of Isola di Lido (Lido Island) travelling first from south to north, then returning using a different route. Following the Eurovelo 8 trail, we start at the Alberoni ferry point and head north along pretty coastal paths and roads to Lido where there are views overlooking the Lagoon towards Venice. We then return using different paths and roads to Alberoni. Lido is an island that forms a barrier between the southern Venetian Lagoon and the Adriatic sea.
