This is the antidote to all those videos from California and the French and Italian alps with those gorgeous blue skies and sunshine. If you do this video you will get your exercise over the hills around Torphichen in Central Scotland. You're high up amongst some beautiful countryside overlooking the Forth Valley. Except you're not going to see any of it though on this typical Scottish dreich day with drizzling rain and thick mist! 😃
