Chōsei District, Chiba Prefecture. We begin in front of the Kankiji Temple and, after two minutes, we start riding along the paddy fields (as much as possible along the narrow roads). It’s a Sunday morning, April 27th, a good wind is blowing and, in most fields, the rice plants have just been transplanted. Many are surrounded by low electrified fences, to protect them from the boars.
