Bicycle workout around the Jisperveld nature preserve in the province North_Holland, The Netherlands, and the polder (reclaimed land of a former lake) Wijdewormer. Starting in the village of Neck, counterclockwise passing the villages of Spijkerboor and Oostknollendam, along the Zaan river, the city of Wormer, village of Wijdewormer and back to Neck. Meadows, cattle, mills, the ring canal of some polders, the Zaan river and views on the nature preserves Jisperveld and Enge Wormer. With markers every (few) kilometer(s) (and some information on the surroundings). Footage May 2022
