I’ve made it, but honestly I had to run at 7.5kph in the first incline (+5.8%)! Next, I went up at 8kph, not my usual 8.5kph running pace... but I did it and it was only my first try... 😅

For this 5K and final week of the program, here are the Coaching instructions (copied from this same video in the Coaching section)!🙂
"For your 3 runs in week 9, you will begin with a brisk 5-minute walk, then 30 minutes of running."

Loved running through this rocky landscape with so many trees, though the hill at the start of the running part felt too steep, so I fast-walked it and ran/jogged the rest of the way. The pace of this run seemed much more manageable than Weeks 7 or 8, and I still can't believe I made it! (It took me a lot longer than 9 weeks, as I kept coming back to the program, and I'm still slower on some, but I can do it now - crazy!) Many thanks again for putting all these together!!
