You run along the 2 miles (3km) along the coast from Mudford Quay near Christchurch in Dorset to Highcliffe Castle. Tea rooms at the start, at the finish and on the route. A lovely beach with views across to the Isle of Wight.
Filmed on a trip back to the UK. Most of my videos are in Lanzarote.
