Running between shadow and light was a lovely distraction when going for all 20 minutes this time! Made it at 8.2 km/h but for dropping down just for the first steep incline and half the second for water, which was made up for by running the extra 4-5 minutes until the cue to walk again (also due to my slower pace than the video, which went faster than the 1st & 2nd videos for week 5). I'll likely revisit this one. Thank you for the helpful coaching - this was a true 3 miles, which means we're almost up to 5K!
