Made it to this end, this time. I ran too fast to be able to keep my breath right, last time, and I had to quit at about 70-75%! It took me to reach week 6 to finally understand speed is not the key as a beginner, but endurance is! 😅

For week 6, run 2, this is the plan from the same video in Coaching: "Run 2: a brisk 5-minute walk, then 10 minutes of running, 3 minutes of walking, and 10 minutes of running." (These are the instructions for those following the original Couch to 5K program but without sound, especially if wanting to run at Variable Speed without the audio varying as well - though coaching tips also won't be heard.🙂)
