This is a 3-segment ride of the full 33 mile length of the Chief Ladiga Rail Trail starting at the Easom Hill trailhead at eastern terminus of the trail at the Georgia / Alabama state border and ending at the Anniston, Alabama terminus.

Segment 1 and Segment 2 have a slight overlap through the small town of Piedmont

The Chief Ladiga Trail is a 33-mile rail trail that stretches from the Alabama-Georgia state line to Anniston. It is on the same rail corridor as the Silver Comet Trail in Georgia. The combined Chief Ladiga - Silver Comet trails provide a 90-mile corridor available for non-motorized travel from just west of Atlanta, Georgia to Anniston, Alabama.
