🦁👑 The Lion Trail

The Lion Trail is an epic, nearly 2000 km long cycling itinerary in mixed terrain packed with diverse natural, historical & cultural landmarks and sights in the Czech Republic. It is divided into 100 sections of various difficulty levels; joined together they form the Bohemian lion—the state emblem—on a map. Majority of the trail weaves through Central Bohemia, with Prague in the role of the lion's heart, but it also visits East, North, West and South Bohemia as well. Originally a part of a campaign of ŠKODA Auto launched in 2018 to celebrate 100 years since the former Czechoslovakia has been established, now getting an endless virtual life on Kinomap.
