Nothing like rowing indoors to this video. You can either choose an exotic warm location and blue waters or extreme temperature to exercise in the comfort of indoors. At -4C it was cold! Everything was good except hands. You need special mittens for holding the paddle because water freezes on the the paddle they get slippery. Lessons learned. Started at Gröndal and along Långholmen. At the end you can see city hall and the old city. Goal was to kayak all the way BUT I could not feel the fingers. Not a good sign.
