Culross to Kincardine, Central Scotland
A westerly ride along the Fife Coastal Path from the historic village of Culross to Kincardine on Forth. The ride is nearly all on cycle paths and follows National Cycle Route 76 (NCR76). It starts in Culross, although little is seen of this beautiful little village as the path takes the river forth shore route rather than going through the village. If you are ever in the area the lovely village of Culross is well worth a visit. It was founded in the 6th century and still has many buildings from the 16th and 17th century. Parts of the Amazon series Outlander was filmed there. Most of the route is on the flat with a couple of very short inclines.
