The Semnoz is a well-known mountain just next to Annecy, and a must for the local climbers. You can go up from different sides. This video starts at Annecy lake and then goes up via the col de Leschaux. The first 5 km is rather flat. Then follows a 12 km climb to the col de Leschaux with a gentle slope. The final climb to the top gets steeper but very scenic with lots of snow next to the road. Good luck and enjoy!!
