Hello! I am a fan and i had trained with you at least 5 times every video that you have loaded here. I am just waiting for more. And a little advice: how many times a week should I do the HIIT training for weight loss?i am trying to get 5 days a week with cardio and weight life for that purpose. I am 1,68 m and 87 kg so I have a lot off work ahead... thank you very much
