Some people claim that the climb to the mountaintop of Kandel is the hardest one in the whole Black Forest. This might be true or not, anyways it is quite a bit challenging- but since the gradient is pretty smooth, you can just go in your own pace and enjoy the forest roads on a late summer day. Enjoy the ride!
