Beschreibung

This is the fifth and final segment of a multi-segment 50-mile eastbound ride of the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes from Harrison, ID to Wallace, ID.

This fifth segment of the ride continues through Idaho's mining region, ending in the old mining town and self-proclaimed Center of the Universe, Wallace, Idaho.

This segment also ends 20-miles of a slight uphill grade that began in the previous segment, just north of Kingston, Idaho.

The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is one of the crown jewels of US Rail Trails and is on the Rail Trail Hall of Fame. The full trail covers 73 paved miles through scenic mountains and valleys in Idaho's Panhandle.
