Leaving the city of Baden-Baden, you will find yourself in a beautiful forest, climbing a very steady climb to a hill called Fremersberg. The smooth gradient without a lot of changes make it perfectly suited for a continuous effort of about 20 minutes- or also as a base for a tough interval session.
