Falkirk to Linlithgow

Linlithgow is the county town for West Lothian. It's very pretty with a number of historic buildings, parks and a beautiful loch. The day I chose to visit though it seemed to be one long series of road works so I cut the video short in the middle of Linlithgow High Street! There are many routes from my home town of Falkirk, to Linlithgow, the easiest and quickest being along the towpath of the Union Canal. Unfortunately, after some extreme flooding that is currently closed so, this ride takes you on the main public roads through the small villages of Laurieston, Polmont and Linlithgow Bridge before arriving in Linlithgow itself. The roads taken are mostly flat with only very gentle inclines along the way.
