Description

We kick off this scenic run at the historic Vienna Gate, stepping into the heart of Buda’s old town. The route leads us past charming cobblestone streets until we reach the breathtaking Fisherman’s Bastion, with its fairytale-like towers and panoramic views over the Danube. Right next to it stands the stunning Matthias Church, with its colorful tiled roof and gothic details. From there, we continue toward the majestic Buda Castle, soaking in the city’s rich heritage. To finish, we descend through a beautiful, tree-lined path, where the quiet of nature replaces the stone of history — a perfect ending to a route full of elegance, views, and classic Buda charm.
